  I cannot say enough positive things about Shine Residential Management, in particular Hannah and Monique. Both ladies continuously provided top notch customer service throughout the rental process, while we were in possession of the rental, and at the end of our lease. This company, in contrast to many property management groups, seems to operate with integrity and fairness. They were straight forward with all of their policies and when we needed to end our lease early, they were up front about the cost and the things that needed to be done. Hannah put forth so much effort to get our home rented, was extremely professional and was always available to update us with information. I would highly recommend Shine Residential Properties if you are in the market for a rental property!
